Reiki & Crystal Healing

Reiki with crystals is a deeply calming, restorative treatment that blends gentle energy work with the natural support of healing stones. As you relax, I place intuitively chosen crystals around the body to encourage balance, grounding and flow. Each crystal is selected for its specific energetic qualities, helping to clear tension, soothe the nervous system and support emotional release.

While the crystals work quietly, I channel Reiki to the areas that need it most — bringing warmth, stillness and a sense of deep inner rest. The two therapies complement each other beautifully: crystals help to focus and amplify the energy, while Reiki brings softness, comfort and steady healing.

The session is peaceful, nurturing and sensory‑friendly. You simply lie back, breathe gently, and let the energy settle through you. Many people describe feeling lighter, clearer and more centred afterwards, as though everything inside has gently realigned.
