I offer calm, one-to-one Reiki sessions from my quiet, home-based space in Lonmay. Sessions are gentle and non-invasive, supporting deep relaxation and emotional calm. You remain fully clothed, with no pressure to talk — first-time clients are very welcome.

Healing Hands Sanctuary is conveniently located just off the A90 in Lonmay, between Fraserburgh and Peterhead. There is ample on-site parking.
At Healing Hands Sanctuary, your session is more than a simple appointment—it is a carefully curated journey designed to bring you back to yourself. Here is how we spend our hour of stillness together:
1. The Harmonic Opening
Your session begins the moment you settle onto the comfortable therapy couch. I begin by using a sequence of hand-etched Tibetan Singing Bowls. The clearing tones of the smaller bowls help to "wash away" the mental chatter of the outside world, settling your nervous system into a state of deep receptivity.
2. The Reiki Flow
Once the vibrations of the bowls fade, I begin gentle, melodic Reiki music to carry you into a deeper state of relaxation. You remain fully clothed and comfortable under a soft throw as the healing energy begins. Through gentle, non-invasive touch (or hovering hands), I channel restorative energy to where your body and mind need it most. This is a time of profound rest; there is no pressure to talk—simply allow the warmth and the quiet melody to envelop you.
3. The Grounding Finale
To gently call your awareness back to the room, I use the deep, earthy resonance of my largest Grounding Bowl. This low vibration acts as an anchor, ensuring you feel solid, present, and peaceful before you rise.
4. Insight & Aftercare
We conclude the session with a discussion about the session. Before you leave, you’ll receive a refreshing glass of water and, on your first visit, a small, cleansed Sanctuary Crystal to take home.

The room is warmed with soft, golden lighting and an earthy aromatherapy blend of cedarwood, lavender, lemon verbena, and ylang ylang. The gentle hum of Tibetan Singing Bowls begin the session and then Reiki flows through the body.
Grounding crystals such as smoky quartz, red jasper, or hematite are placed at the feet or held in the hands to help you land back into your body.

A dreamy soothing session for exhaustion, burnout and emotional fatigue.
The space is dimmed to a soft, restful glow, with a calming aromatherapy blend of lavender, jasmine, and sandalwood filling the room. The Tibetan siniging bowls open the session and clear away any negative energy.
Crystals such as amethyst, lepidolite, selenite, or white howlite are used to quiet the mind and soften the nervous system.
At the end of the session, you'll be offered a glass of fresh water to ground you and first time clients will receive an ethically sourced crystal to take home.

A heart‑centred session for heaviness, heartbreak, grief, or emotional clutter.
The room is lit with gentle pink or warm rose‑gold tones, and the air carries a soft, uplifting blend of blush rose, lime, and black pepper or neroli, mimosa, and lemon.
Tibeten singing bowls will clear the energy and help setltle you. Heart‑healing crystals such as rose quartz, rhodonite, pink opal, or green aventurine are placed over the heart and solar plexus to support emotional release and clarity. At the end of the session you'll be offered a glass of water to ground you and first time clients will receive an ethically sourced crystal to take home.

A deeper, diagnostic energy session combining Reiki with targeted crystal healing.
The room is prepared with a gentle, neutral aromatherapy blend to keep the energy clear and focused.
Using a pendulum, each chakra is assessed to identify where energy is blocked or depleted.
Crystals are then placed intentionally on the body to support each chakra while Reiki is used to rebalance, clear, and realign your energy.
Soft, steady lighting keeps the space calm and grounded throughout.
You’ll receive insight into which chakras needed attention and how this may relate to your emotional or physical wellbeing.

Distant Healing Session (1 hour) £45
A gentle, intuitive healing experience you can receive from the comfort of your own home.
This session offers deep energetic support without the need to travel or attend in person. We begin with a short phone or WhatsApp video call so you can settle, ask questions, and relax into the experience. This helps you feel held and connected before the healing begins.
Once you’re comfortable, you simply rest in your own space while I carry out 45 minutes of distant healing. You don’t need to do anything — just allow your body and mind to soften while the energy works gently and naturally.
When the healing is complete, we reconnect for a brief closing call. I share my feedback, and you have space to talk about how you’re feeling.

Reiki (Rei – universal, Ki – life force) is a gentle energy healing practice that supports physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
During a Reiki session, you remain fully clothed, resting comfortably while the practitioner works gently with their hands placed lightly on or just above the body. Many people describe the experience as deeply relaxing, calming, or restorative, while others simply enjoy a quiet sense of rest.
